PC READS hosts presentations featuring national and local experts. Each October, which is Dyslexia Awareness Month, we host a nationally recognized speaker. Past speakers have included Barbara Wilson, Dean Bragonier, and Jonathan Mooney. We also co-host a fall presentation about college planning for students with IEPs or 504 Plans. Each spring, we plan a community presentation which has often been an excellent professional development opportunity for educators. Additionally, we host five smaller presentations throughout the school year, often featuring local experts.
